What are your shipping options within the US? We offer three reliable shipping methods to get your new look to you:

  • Express Shipping: $20.00 (3-6 business days)

  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Shipping: $0.00 (7-14 business days) – Applied to qualifying orders at checkout!

Is your packaging discreet? Yes! We value your privacy. All PureLocksies orders are shipped in plain, secure packaging that does not explicitly mention "wigs" on the outside.

How can I track my "Hair Mail"? Once your order is processed (1-3 business days), we will email you a tracking number so you can watch your package every step of the way.

PRODUCTS & CARE

Can I use heat on my wig?

  • Human Hair Wigs: Can be styled with heat just like your natural hair.

  • Synthetic Wigs: Please check the product description for "Heat Resistant" labels. We recommend low heat settings to maintain fiber longevity.

How do I choose the right cap size? Most of our wigs come with adjustable straps to fit "Average" head sizes (21.5 - 22.5 inches). For custom sizing, please refer to our Fit Guide.

What is your return policy? For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns on wigs that are unworn, uncut (lace intact), and in original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
